Systems Analyst – Healthcare, Hemotherapy

Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal users
• Handle tickets in Desk Manager
• Release updates
• Collaborate with other team peers
• Status reporting and meetings with area managers
• Scope detailing, AS-IS mapping and TO-BE design
• Implementation of improvements
• Deployment, configuration, development of customizations, documentation of business rules, enhancement development, administration and change management in the Hemotherapy system
• Applying patches, version updates, and delivery validations
• Project deliveries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science or related)
• Experience with Healthcare/Hemotherapy systems (required): REALBLOOD, SBS, TASY
• Proven experience working in the Healthcare sector
• Programming logic
• Test scripting and automation programming
• Proficiency in debugging techniques
