What You’ll DoProactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platformsBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for mining-related rolesConduct preliminary screening interviews to assess candidate fitCoordinate and support end-to-end interview processesPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirementsEnsure a smooth and professional candidate experienceMaintain accurate recruitment data and reporting

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fieldMin 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / RecruitmentProven experience in LinkedIn sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus)Strong interviewing and communication skillsExperience in mining, energy, or heavy industry is a strong advantageAble to work in a fast-paced, project-based environmentDetail-oriented, proactive, and highly organizedWilling to work on-site at Head Office, JakartaWilling to work under a 6-month project-based contract.
