Role Overview :The Senior Supervisor – Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development supports the alignment of talent strategy, organizational structure, and employer branding with the company’s business direction.
This role focuses on:Managerial and critical role hiringSupporting organizational structure and workforce planningDriving employer branding initiatives for recruitment purposesThe role is supported by the HR Departement Team/Recruiter team for day-to-day hiring execution and works closely with QMS and leadership for organizational alignment.
What We’re Looking For :3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (mid–senior level hiring),Manufacturing industry experience is required,Exposure to Organizational Development is a strong advantage,Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken),Good understanding of organizational structure and hiring strategy,Able to work both strategically and hands-on,Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic & Managerial HiringLead recruitment for managerial and key strategic rolesSupport manpower planning in coordination with department headsEnsure quality of hire and role fit for critical positionsProvide direction and guidance to Recruiter team on hiring standards and prioritiesParticipate in interview processes for key roles
- Support Organizational DevelopmentSupport alignment of organizational structure, roles, and responsibilitiesAssist in development and refinement of:Job descriptionsRole clarityKPI / performance alignment (in coordination with QMS)Identify gaps in structure or capability and provide recommendations
- Employer Branding (Recruitment-Focused)Develop and execute initiatives related to employer brandingPosition the company as an attractive and credible employer
- Talent Pipeline SupportSupport development of talent pipelines for key rolesAssist in identifying internal talent with potential for growthMaintain candidate database for future strategic hiring needs
- Coordination & CollaborationEnsure smooth coordination between hiring needs and organizational direction, will be working closely with:Recruiter Team → daily recruitment executionQMS Team → structure, documentation, alignmentDepartment Heads → hiring needs and workforce planning
