This role involves supporting a high-growth US Defense Tech innovator.

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Manufacturing, Operations, and Distribution talent for one of our clients, a pioneering defense tech company. They build advanced, proprietary hardware and AI/ML‑powered software robotic weapon stations purpose‑built for national security and defense modernization.

As they scale their physical production and supply chain, this recruiter will be instrumental in building out their manufacturing facilities and distribution networks.

Talent Partner

We are looking for TAs who thrive on physical operations desks - specifically Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Distribution - and who are genuinely excited about scaling a mission‑driven defense technology brand. Bonus points for hybrid or remote sourcing experience.

The role itself

• Embedded within a client account, representing a cutting‑edge defense robotics brand as an ‘in‑house’ recruiter.
• Specializing in Manufacturing & Distribution searches, sourcing top‑tier talent (Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Managers, and Logistics/Distribution specialists) to bring physical products to life.
• Managing pipeline, scheduling interviews, and candidate negotiations.
• Deep‑dive sourcing across LinkedIn, industry‑specific networks, and localized industrial talent pools as required.
• Liaising with client‑side external stakeholders, plant managers, and operations leaders in Austin and Alexandria.
• Working alongside bubb’s creative team and account managers to optimise candidate attraction.
• Having fun hiring humans for awesome clients.
