Job Description
The Talent Acquisition & Community Engagement Partner is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and hiring top talent while serving as a visible ambassador for the organization within the community. This role develops and maintains talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, relationship building, and community outreach, with a strong focus on healthcare and medical-related positions. The individual will cultivate partnerships with schools, workforce development organizations, professional associations, and community groups to support current and future staffing needs.
Additionally, this role supports HR projects and employee engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture and organizational success.

This is a Part-time Role 24-30 hours a week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop relationships with local schools, colleges, universities, and healthcare-focused educational programs.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, networking opportunities, and workforce development initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with community organizations and professional associations to support recruitment efforts.
- Promote the organization's employment brand and career opportunities through community engagement activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects that enhance culture, retention, and organizational success.
- Track recruitment activity and provide regular reporting on hiring efforts and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience.
- Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across multiple job levels.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and social media recruiting platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
Preferred
- Healthcare recruiting experience.
- Experience building partnerships with schools, colleges, and community organizations.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
- Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and visual displays
Working Conditions
Normal office environment. Non-standard or extended work may be required based on business unit needs. Some travel may be required.
