Qualifications
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Additional years of experience or certifications (SHRM, PHR, etc.) may be substituted
- Minimum of seven (7) years of professional related working experience required with three (3) years in recruiting.
- Experience in banking/finance services is highly desired
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver training sessions in a professional and effective manner required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Prior experience in curriculum development, Canva, LMS, and Articulate a plus
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel of at least 35% of the time
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
- Ability to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
- Ability to converse and exchange information with all levels of staff within organization.
- Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data.
- Ability to travel of at least 35% of the time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
