Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and select candidates aligned with company mission and values
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent through networking and research
- Build sustainable talent pipelines to support high-quality hiring and improved time-to-fill metrics
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices
- Use data and market insights to drive improvements in hiring processes and candidate experience
- Promote the company employment brand through social media and networking initiatives
- Deliver a transparent and engaging experience for hiring managers and candidates
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and selection activities
- Perform outreach to passive candidates through research and networking
- Maintain and develop ongoing talent pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders on recruitment strategy
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms to manage recruiting workflows
- Apply hiring data and market insights to refine recruiting processes
- Support employer branding efforts through social media engagement and professional networking
Preferred Experience and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with Workday is a plus
- Prior experience recruiting for facilities-related roles such as electricians, mechanics, or engineers
- Ability to travel up to 15 percent based on business demands
