Key Responsibilities
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn X-Ray Search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and professional communities.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research.
- Verify candidate availability and interest.
- Obtain Right to Represent (RTR) before submission.
- Maintain accurate sourcing records.
- Submit qualified candidates through the Sadient Partner Portal.

- Experience sourcing candidates across one or more industries.
- Strong Boolean Search skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
- Ability to identify high-quality candidates quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
