Job Description
Talent Sourcing Specialist, AMER — Temporary (7months, location: Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico)
Responsibilities
- Own candidate sourcing and attraction activities for assigned roles across the AMER region, using effective and cost‑conscious sourcing strategies.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with market insights (talent availability, salary expectations, competitor activity) to help position roles competitively.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, especially for technical and engineering profiles in energy, industrial, and oil & gas sectors.
- Use direct sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms) to identify, approach, and engage qualified candidates.
- Create and post job advertisements and promote opportunities across relevant channels.
- Pre‑screen candidates to assess basic fit (experience, motivation, language, availability) and build shortlists.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep candidates informed throughout the process, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Support interviews when needed (initial calls, coordination, basic evaluation input).
- Support onboarding steps from offer acceptance until the candidate's first day.
- Work with recruitment agencies when required and support coordination of candidate submissions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple countries in the AMER region.
- Experience sourcing technical, engineering, industrial, or field service roles.
- Experience in energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
- Hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and hiring processes at the same time.
- Strong organization and coordination skills (interviews, follow‑ups, tracking candidates).
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to actively listen to candidates, understand their career goals, and address their concerns in a clear and practical way.
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders and teams remotely.
- Flexibility to support different time zones across the region.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
