You’ll be part of a supportive team that values professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service — not just during tax season, but year-round.Key Responsibilities• Prepare individual and business tax returns

• Meet with clients to gather information and explain tax matters

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to IRS guidelines

• Assist with documents, forms, and basic tax-related inquiries

• Deliver a friendly, helpful, and professional client experienceQualifications• Minimum 2 years of tax preparation experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines

• Experience with tax preparation software (e.g., Drake Tax preferred)
