Responsibilities

• Working closely with classroom teachers, learning support specialists, and families to provide individualized support to a student.
• Helping students access the curriculum and engage fully in school life.
• Developing the academic, social, and emotional skills needed for success.
• Building positive relationships and adapting support strategies to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Patience, empathy, and commitment to fostering independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility, proactivity, and a commitment to inclusive education.
• Willingness to pursue Spanish lessons (Spanish not required).
