Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success or related roles.
- 3+ years leading CS/AM teams in high‑growth environments.
- Proven retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
- Experience managing SMB and Mid‑Market portfolios.
- Strong coaching, people management, and talent development skills.
- Data‑driven with health metrics and forecasting.
- Fluent in English; executive‑level communication.
- Hands‑on with Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, Totango, and BI tools.
