Team Lead

We’re Hiring a Team Lead | Barranquilla

We are looking for a Team Lead to join our on-site operation in Barranquilla and play a key role in leading, supporting, and elevating the performance of a Transportation team.

This is more than a supervisory role — we need a leader who can drive productivity, ensure quality, manage escalations, and coach team members to achieve operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor team workflow and distribute tasks efficiently
• Track performance metrics and ensure service quality
• Act as the main point of contact for escalations
• Support the Operations Manager and ensure full operational coverage
• Provide coaching, training sessions, and continuous feedback to the team
• Ensure emails, requests, and client communications are handled on time
• Promote best practices and a strong team culture

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years as a Team lead
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Advanced English level
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• A proactive mindset with a passion for team development
• Knowledge or experience in logistics/operations is a plus
