Job Description:Job Title: Team Lead Recruitment.Location : Hyderabad.Experience: 5 - 7 years.Shift Hours : Day Shift (9.30 AM - 6.30 PM) Monday to Friday,Saturday (8:30 AM - 1:30 PM).Duration : Full Time/ Permanent.NOTE: Immediate Joiner and Domestic experience only. Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters, ensuring recruitment goals are met.Develop and execute C2H / FTE hiring strategies tailored to the IT industry.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.Be prepared to resolve any conflicts that arise between stakeholders, whether it's a client's change in requirements or miscommunication between internal teams.Look for opportunities to expand the business with existing clients by identifying new recruitment needs. Additionally Required Skills:Proven experience as a Team Lead, specifically in C2H/FTE hiring.In-depth knowledge of the telecom industry and its talent needs.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.Always have a pre-vetted pool of candidates available, so when a requirement comes in, you can react quickly.
