About the RoleAs a Team Leader / Department Manager for our luxury fashion brand, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving store performance. You will lead by example, support the Store Manager in daily operations, and inspire the team to embody the brand’s values and aesthetic.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ExperienceEnsure every customer receives outstanding service aligned with luxury retail standards.Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.Maintain a welcoming and elegant store environment.
Team LeadershipSupport and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.Provide on-the-floor coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
Store OperationsOversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the brand’s premium image.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for replenishment.
Sales & PerformanceDrive sales through coaching and product knowledge.Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
RequirementsMinimum 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Passion for fashion and understanding of premium/luxury retail standards.Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
