Pay & Benefits$14.00 – $15.00 per hour (starting pay)Monthly bonuses & performance incentives Flexible scheduling Growth and advancement opportunities On-the-job training in customer service, sales, and operations What you will do...Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and answering questions Recommend and sell car wash packages and membershipsAssist with vehicle prep and loading cars into the wash tunnelMaintain a clean, safe, and organized facility, including vacuum stations and grounds Rotate through multiple roles to support daily operations Work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality guest experienceStay active throughout shifts, working both indoors and outdoorsGreat Fit for Candidates With Experience In:Customer service Retail associate / sales associate roles Hospitality or food service Entry-level positions Outdoor or physical work environmentsRequirements:Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skillsComfortable with sales and upselling membershipsReliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environmentComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitudeSchedule & AvailabilityOpen 7 days a week: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PMFull-Time and Part-Time positions availableFlexible availability, including evenings and weekendsReady to Apply?
