Technical Account Manager (TAM) – AWS Enterprise SupportProfessionally fluent in Portuguese and English, the TAM serves as a trusted advisor to support customers' cloud journey and enable innovation across AWS technologies. The role focuses on enabling technical solutions, driving customer adoption, and fostering growth.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop trusting relationships with customers, understand their business needs, review service disruptions, provide metrics, and assist with pre‑launch planning.Utilize technical skills to solve difficult support issues and technical challenges.Understand operational parameters and the troubleshooting process for customer issues and escalations.Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development.Improve customer capabilities by running workshops, operations, and architecture reviews.Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing costs and driving efficiencies.Work with customers across all levels, from developers to C‑Suite executives.Collaborate across multiple functions within AWS, such as Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, Global TAM teams, and Sales Account Managers.Benefits Healthcare, Employee Assistance Programs, and Global Mobility opportunities.Basic QualificationsExperience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of the following domains: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.Experience in technical engineering.Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.Experience in internal enterprise or external customer‑facing environment as a technical lead.Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
