Technical Business Analyst

Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience in banking or financial institutions. You must have strong technical and business analysis skills, with exposure to data, regulatory reporting, or finance domains. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders and development teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial systems and data initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable technical solutions.Support regulatory reporting and data integrity initiatives.Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of features.Translate complex business needs into technical specifications.Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English (verbal fluency required). Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in banking or financial services.Strong understanding of data systems, regulatory reporting, or financial processes.Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks.Fluent in verbal English for effective communication with international teams.Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Familiarity with any programming language and databasesWiiling to work onsite (WFO) in BSD City, Tangerang
