Hiring: Lead Technical Program Manager (L6) Pune
\nWe are looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager (L6) in Pune.
\nExperience: 5-7+ Years
\nLocation: Pune
\nNotice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
\nMust-Have Skills:
\n- \n
- overall 5+ and must 2-3+ years of Technical Program Management in recent experience \n
- Strong Agile/SAFe expertise \n
- End-to-end program delivery ownership \n
- Risk, dependency & stakeholder management \n
- Collaboration with Product & Engineering teams \n
- Experience working with global/distributed teams \n
- Payments / FinTech / Financial Services domain experience (Mandatory) \n
Considerable Background:
\n- \n
- Started career as a Software Developer or QA Engineer and transitioned into Technical Management will be considered \n
- Experience in both Product and Technical Management \n
Pure Scrum Masters, PMO Profiles, and non-technical Project Managers will not be considered.
