Job Description
The Role As a Technical Project Manager, you will be a key contributor to our Consumer Solution Delivery team, accountable for the overall delivery of programs and projects on time, on budget, and within scope. You will work closely with delivery Directors, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered, achieve outlined business objectives, and result in solutions that are both supportable and sustainable. You will manage all phases of assigned systems development, deployment, or implementation, ensuring the project team runs smoothly, customer needs are addressed, and delivered projects and tasks meet business requirements.
What You'll Do Program Planning & Execution: Lead complex technical programs and cross‑functional initiatives while actively managing project plans, timelines, delivery milestones, dependencies, and operational readiness across engineering, infrastructure, product, and business teams. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders, providing clear, consistent, and proactive communication while driving alignment across teams and leadership groups. Scope & Dependency Management: Coordinate and manage cross‑team dependencies across distributed systems, APIs, shared platforms, and enterprise services while ensuring scope changes, priorities, and delivery impacts are effectively tracked and communicated.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and proactively manage technical, operational, and delivery risks, ensuring mitigation plans, escalation paths, and resolution strategies are clearly defined and executed. Operational Readiness & Reliability: Partner with engineering, cloud, platform, SRE, and security teams to ensure solutions meet operational readiness standards, including deployment planning, monitoring, observability, support handoffs, and hypercare coordination. Process Improvement & Delivery Excellence: Drive consistency and best practices across program management and engineering workflows by improving delivery processes, governance standards, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across highly matrixed teams by balancing business priorities, customer impact, system reliability, and technical constraints to drive successful delivery outcomes. Leadership & Accountability: Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting teams through changing business needs and delivery challenges. What You’ll Bring Experience: Experience managing complex technology programs or projects within large‑scale, fast‑paced, and highly matrixed organizations, with proven success delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
Program & Project Management: Strong expertise in planning, scope management, budgeting, dependency management, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery execution across Agile, hybrid, or SDLC‑based environments. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), APIs, distributed systems, enterprise integrations, and modern software delivery practices including DevOps and CI/CD. Operational & Reliability Knowledge: Familiarity with observability, monitoring, incident management, Infrastructure as Code, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and operational support models in enterprise environments.
Tools & Methodologies: Experience using project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and MS Office Suite to manage delivery execution and reporting. Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate decision‑making, and translate technical concepts into business context effectively. Problem Solving & Ownership: Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a demonstrated ability to proactively identify challenges, drive solutions, and deliver outcomes with a high degree of accountability.
