Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with a solid understanding of software development, cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, and Agile methodologies.
The Technical Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules and budgets, identify risks, track deliverables, and communicate project progress to stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with developers, architects, QA engineers, business analysts, product managers, and executive leadership.
The successful candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage project backlogs, remove delivery obstacles, and ensure technology projects remain aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technology projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Maintain project backlogs and priorities.
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate developers, QA teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Communicate project status to leadership.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships.
- Ensure projects meet quality and delivery objectives.
- Drive continuous process improvement.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification preferred.

Experience
