Job Description
Technical Project Manager Pay: $100,000 - $160,000 per year Overview We’re working with a fast-growing, engineering-driven manufacturer seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex hardware development programs from concept through mass production. This is a high-visibility role partnering across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Leadership. Responsibilities Own projects end-to-end, from initial concept through mass production, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and cross-functional execution with engineering and manufacturing teams. Identify and resolve technical issues quickly to keep projects on track. Proactively address design and production bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
Effectively communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership. Manage resources and drive alignment across multiple teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required. 5+ years of project management experience in hardware, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
Proven ability leading projects from development through mass production. Experience in consumer electronics, lighting, or similar hardware industries is preferred. Able to manage multiple complex projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills that can translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Proficient with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools. Profile Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results.
Comfortable working in highly technical, fast-moving environments. Able to quickly adapt and handle multiple projects. Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
