Are you a Technical Sales Manager with experience selling engineered solutions? We are looking for a leader to shape strategy, drive revenue, and increase earnings at our rapidly growing water technology company. The successful candidate will oversee the sales strategy, develop a high‑performing team, and own key customer relationships.

The Role

• Lead and develop the sales team while driving strategic sales initiatives and revenue growth.
• Own complex consultative sales processes, key customer relationships and major commercial opportunities.
• Manage CRM systems, sales forecasting, pipeline performance and collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams.

Candidate Qualifications

• Technical or engineering sales background.
• Sales leadership or management experience.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing sales teams while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience selling engineered solutions or technical services with strong CRM and consultative selling expertise.
