Role
We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to be the first technical responder for Pollax customers and improve the product based on what you see.
Role details
- Type: Full-time
- Workplace: Hybrid (Hyderabad office + remote days)/ Remote
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
- Start date: Immediate
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
What you will do
- Triage and resolve customer-reported technical issues
- Debug API, integration, and configuration problems with customers
- Reproduce bugs and file detailed reports to engineering
- Improve customer-facing documentation and runbooks
- Build internal tools that reduce repeat support load
Required qualifications
- Comfort debugging REST APIs and reading server logs
- Strong written communication and customer-facing skills
- Basic scripting in Python, JavaScript, or Bash
- Experience with a ticketing system (Zendesk, Intercom, Linear, or similar)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience supporting AI, ML, or voice products
- Familiarity with telephony, SIP, or audio formats
- Experience producing technical documentation or knowledge-base content
