About the Role

The company is looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Team Lead to manage telesales team and drive customer conversions and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telesales/inside sales along with team handling, and should be comfortable working with sales targets, daily performance tracking and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of telesales executives.
\n
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
\n
• Monitor calls, leads, conversions and individual team performance.
\n
• Coach and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion.
\n
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers.
\n
• Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements.
\n
• Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports.
\n
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing challenging sales.
\n
• Work closely with the marketing/operations team to improve lead conversion.
\n

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telecalling.
\n
• Proven experience in handling and managing a telesales team.
\n
• Strong understanding of sales targets, lead conversion and follow-ups.
\n
• Good communication and convincing skills.
\n
• Strong team management and problem-solving ability.
\n
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
\n
• Experience in Sportswear, Apparel, Fashion, D2C, E-commerce or Consumer Products will be an advantage.
