Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) Functional Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP) Functional Business Analyst with deep expertise in Private Banking and Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering large-scale transformation programs, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams in an Agile environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a Functional Business Analyst for Temenos TAP implementationsLead and facilitate Process & Lifecycle Workshops (PLW) and prepare gap analysis documentationManage and document the Order Trade Lifecycle Management processPerform Portfolio Performance Analysis and support strategy constraint configurationDesign and validate Statements and Reporting solutionsCreate detailed documentation including:High-Level Solution Documents (HLSD)Functional Specification Documents (FSD)User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaCollaborate with Scrum Teams and Product Owners in Agile deliveryConduct stakeholder workshops and drive consensus across business and technical teamsPerform root cause analysis and propose effective solutionsSupport end-to-end Private Banking implementations Required Experience & Domain ExpertiseMinimum 12+ years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong hands-on experience in Temenos Triple A Plus (TAP)Experience in at least two end-to-end Private Banking implementations, covering TTI, T24, TDS, TDHDomain expertise in Private Banking Products: Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products & Core Banking Products: Payments, Deposits, Loans, FXStrong understanding of International Private Banking operationsProven experience in Conducting workshops and stakeholder discussions, Writing business and functional requirements, Agile delivery methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, ConfluenceKnowledge of Cloud technologies, AI/ML, APIs is an added advantageGood to have CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) & Agile Certifications
