Job Description
Description
Not every hero works during the day—some of the best Sailor Scout missions happen after sunset, and we're looking for HR Assistants ready to answer the call.
In this role, you'll help keep our seasonal hiring mission on track by reviewing incoming applications, assisting with employee and candidate questions, and keeping job postings organized and up to date. Like a true Sailor Scout, you'll use your communication skills, attention to detail, and positive energy to guide candidates through the hiring process and help them feel confident every step of the way.

Whether you're helping a candidate navigate the application process or supporting your fellow HR teammates, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.
