Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Assist clients in publishing and managing content on the company platform, including page creation and website customization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, track job progress, and deliver timely solutions.
- Provide product training, onboarding, and ongoing support to help customers maximize the value of the platform.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and upsell additional services.
- Prepare regular reports on account health, usage metrics, and renewal forecasts.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap decisions.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Basic understanding of technical products and SaaS platforms.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional proficiency in local languages is a plus.
Desired Experience
- Prior experience (2+ years) in a customer success, account management, or related technical support role.
- Experience working with web‑based content management systems or similar platforms.
- Exposure to handling B2B customers in a fast‑paced environment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and renewal targets.
