Role OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Corporate Internet Banking and Payments ecosystem. The role requires a blend of functional testing leadership, automation strategy, and governance, with deep exposure to banking channels, H2H and API banking environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end test management across complex banking programsDrive test strategy, planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale engagementsManage automation initiatives with clear focus on ROI and optimizationEnsure strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder managementCollaborate with business, technology, and external teams to ensure quality deliveryOversee defect management and test lifecycle using JIRADrive adoption of best practices in Agile testing environmentsManage and mentor testing teams ensuring delivery excellence
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)12+ years of experience in QA / Testing (Functional + Automation)10+ years in Banking DomainRecent 4+ years in Corporate Internet BankingHands-on experience in:Corporate Payments / ChannelsH2H (Host-to-Host) integrationAPI BankingAutomation leadership experience (last 4+ years) with demonstrated ROIStrong experience in test management, reporting, and governanceProficiency in JIRA (Defect & Test Management - 2+ years)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Good to HaveExperience in Trade Finance systemsExposure to Agile methodologies (3-4 years)
Location & Other DetailsLocation: MBP, Navi MumbaiTravel: Open to travel internationally (as required)Employment Type: Long-term engagement
