Key Responsibilities: • Create personalized recovery and support strategies • Teach living skills like budgeting and medication management • Coordinate a network of medical and community supports • Manage crisis intervention plans effectively • Facilitate social activities to counter isolation

Requirements: • Relevant degree/diploma with three years’ experience • Familiarity with mental health and addiction issues • Strong interpersonal and counseling skills • Knowledge of local community resources • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
