Position Summary Trulioo is seeking a forward-thinking Total Rewards Specialist to join our People Team. Reporting to the Manager, People, this role combines core compensation expertise with a strong focus on data, automation, and scalable workflows.

You will support the design and delivery of global total rewards programs while leveraging modern tools, AI, and process optimization to improve efficiency, insight generation, and decision-making across the organization. This role plays a key part in evolving our reward practices into a more data-driven, technology-enabled function. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our San Diego office, operating on a hybrid model (3 days per week in-office), but can be done remotely for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing Total Rewards experience with data visualization and reporting tools preferred. High attention to detail with strong data governance and quality control practices. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
