Transition Project Manager

Role Overview

The candidate should have 12+ years of overall IT experience, with proven expertise in managing large-scale transition programs. We are seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager with a strong background in Transition Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, and Technical Hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute transition plans aligned with hiring, onboarding, and project ramp-up timelines.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise application technologies.
• Ensure role demand planning is synchronized with transition phases such as Knowledge Transfer (KT), Shadow Support, Reverse Shadow, and Go-Live.
• Act as the primary liaison between Delivery, Recruitment, and Client stakeholders to ensure timely resource fulfillment.
• Drive end-to-end governance of transition activities, including planning, tracking, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Manage stakeholder communications by providing regular updates on hiring status, transition readiness, risks, and mitigation plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale transition programs in IT Services or GCC environments.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across Delivery, Recruitment, HR, and Client stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile project delivery and transition governance frameworks.
