Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Travel Consultant. The selected candidate will assist corporate clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Responsibilities include creating personalized travel itineraries, providing guidance on travel destinations, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and every changing regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling domestic & international ticket booking with knowledge of GDS.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of MS office & latest corporate working & coordination culture.
• Knowledge of travel industry regulations, trends, and technologies.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• IATA or Diploma in travel or equivalent experience in travel, tourism ,hospitality, or related fields
• Experience in a similar travel consultant role is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in multiple languages is considered a plus
