- Job Details
- Prepare patients for examination, position patient based on physician's order, and operate Computed Tomography (CT) equipment and accessories.
- Produce quality images as directed by physicians and radiologists for the diagnosis or treatment of anatomic or physiologic disorders.
- Demonstrate knowledge of general anatomy, technical factors, CT imaging fundamentals, radiation protection, basic computer skills, and PACS.
- Competency in CT procedures, protocols, and techniques.
- Provides patient care and safety for all patient populations.
- This position will be working independently Friday - Sunday performing CT and Xray.
- Epic experience within the last twelve (12) months required.
- Job Requirements
- BLS (AHA or ARC acceptable) required for clinical positions.
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification as required for the position within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration.
- GRH Education Verification must be verified through 3rd party; if results are unable to be verified, must combine with diploma and/or transcripts.
- GRH Drug Screen within 30 days of start - 9 panel including Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine, Methadone, Methamphetamine, Opiates, Oxycodone, and Phencyclidine; THC not required.
- GRH Skills Checklist to be completed within 12 months - does not expire.
- Epic Registration Acknowledgement Form must be signed and uploaded after registration completion.
- COVID-19 Vaccine required; declination accepted.
- MMR: 2 vaccines or positive titer; if low or equivocal, 1 booster or declination accepted.
- Fit Test completed prior to start; acceptable masks include Moldex 1510, 3M 1860s, 3M 1860, Moldex 1513, 3M 1870+ Respirator.
- Hepatitis B: 2 vaccines or positive titer; if low or equivocal, 1 booster or declination accepted.
- TB Test: proof of negative test completed in past year (TSPOT or QuantiFERON IGG); if history of positive test, must provide copy of positive test, clear chest x-ray within 5 years, and questionnaire within 30 days of start.
- Health Statement: physician statement within last 12 months.
- Driver's License/State ID must be current and valid during assignment.
- Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer; if low or equivocal, 1 booster or declination accepted.
- Tdap valid for 10 years from administered date; declinations accepted.
- GRH Background Check within 30 days of start including SS trace and county search for last 7 years; does not expire unless break in service.
- GRH Iowa Adult and Child Abuse state requirement.
- GRH EPLS/GSA/SAM HHS/OIG check ran within 30 days of start.
- 2 Professional References required, 1 must be from supervisor.
- GRH Resume or Profile required.
- GRH I9 Attestation of completed I-9 (must be on agency letterhead).
- GRH Color Vision test required.
- GRH Contract Employee Data Sheet required.
- GRH NSO ran within 30 days of start; if ran with background check, upload here as well.
- GRH OFAC ran within 30 days of start; if ran with background check, upload here as well.
- GRH Evergreen Link must be completed within 48 hours of offer acceptance with acknowledgment form uploaded.
- Pre-Orientation CBL Acknowledgement form must be uploaded.

- Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 (Night shift)
- Work days: Friday - Sunday
