EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Provider has to have Blood Bank Experience and experience with different instruments in blood bank, Trauma Level 1 HospitalRequires independent performance and working under established procedures and performing wide variety of lab tests and procedures including collection, preparation observation and processing of bacterilogic, chemical, morphologic and microscopic tests which provide data for treatment and diagnosis of diseases

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTSValid MLT/MT License from ASCP or equivalent.
