Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent
• 1+ year recent experience in a CVOR or cardiovascular surgical environment
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation
• Adaptable and collaborative in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and handle surgical instruments and supplies during cardiovascular operations
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff within sterile fields
• Ensure proper sterilization and organization of equipment
• Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures
