Travel Support Specialist

Job Title: Program Support Specialist (PSS) Hourly Rate: $21.00-23.00/Hr Job Status: Full Time Eagles Wing/Redwood Family Care Network is an innovative leader in delivering person-centered home and community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are committed to the Health and Safety of the individuals we support. The Program Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining service recipient and staff records, preparing and auditing required documentation, assisting with data collection and communication, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of required reports and forms. Familiarity with office systems, digital filing, and basic HR or compliance recordkeeping.

Knowledge of company policies, forms, and reporting timelines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workforce and digital documentation systems.
