Treasury Accountant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Software Commodities business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Treasury Assistant for 2-3 months.

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate interim Treasury Assistant to assist them for 2-3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:

• Support the day-to-day management of cash and payments across multiple bank accounts and currencies.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Perform urgent and ad-hoc reconciliations as required to ensure accurate and up-to-date cash positions.
• Manage daily and weekly payment runs, ensuring payments are processed accurately and within required deadlines.
• Monitor cash balances across multiple accounts and currencies, providing regular cash balance reporting.
• Support short-term cash flow and liquidity forecasting, identifying upcoming funding requirements and potential cash surpluses.
• Assist with overall liquidity management and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet payment obligations.
• Support the onboarding and setup of new bank accounts, including coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and ensure banking information is kept up to date.
• Work closely with Finance and other internal teams to resolve cash, payment and reconciliation queries.
• Utilise NetSuite to record, monitor and reconcile financial transactions and support treasury reporting.
• Provide support on ad-hoc treasury and cash management activities as required.

Profile:

The successful interim Treausry Assistant will have 1+ years experience
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:

This role is paying between £140-£160 per day DOE
