Treasury Liquidity Manager
Lloyds Bank NL
Job Description
Treasury Analyst – Liquidity Manager
Your role
We may be part of a large banking Group, but we’re a small, tight‑knit bank with a focused business model and a growing team. For our Treasury department, we are looking for a Treasury Analyst – Liquidity Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will keep our day‑to‑day liquidity engine running smoothly. Your remit spans intraday liquidity monitoring, forecasting, and treasury reporting, all while ensuring impeccable governance and supporting change projects. If you like turning numbers into insight and controls into automation, read on.
Which team will you be joining?
We’re a cross‑border and fast‑growing crew of Treasury and ALM professionals based in NL & DE. We combine a variety of backgrounds and perspectives, challenge each other, and constantly seek smarter ways to safeguard the bank’s liquidity. If you thrive in fast feedback loops and ownership from day one, you’ll fit right in.
A Day in the Life of a Treasury Analyst
Kick‑off with Liquidity Insight
You arrive early and pull the latest balance feeds. Within minutes you reconcile yesterday’s flows, flag variances, and update the intraday dashboard.
Intraday Liquidity Steering
By mid‑morning you are sweeping funds across nostro accounts, releasing collateral, and ensuring payment rails stay green across EUR, USD, and GBP.
Reporting that Tells a Story
After lunch you prepare the daily liquidity report for senior management, combining core metrics with your own commentary on drivers and emerging trends.
A new business line is being added to the Bank’s product offering. You help provide the liquidity impact and advisory services on how to most efficiently manage the liquidity needs.
