Our client, a global manufacturing company is seeking a Treasury Manager to support and enhance its treasury function. This role will be responsible for cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt compliance, and treasury-related risk management. The position offers the opportunity to help develop treasury processes and support ongoing business initiatives, including a company-wide ERP transformation.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, collaborative, and comfortable working across all levels of the organization. This role will regularly interact with finance, accounting, and senior leadership while supporting both day‑to‑day treasury operations and longer‑term strategic initiatives. Successful completion of background, drug, and reference checks is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across multiple entities and banking relationships
- Prepare and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts in partnership with FP&A
- Analyze cash flow variances and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership
- Oversee cash disbursements and collections to support efficient operations
- Maintain banking relationships, including account administration and fee management
- Support debt administration, credit facilities, and financing activities
- Monitor treasury-related risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal control standards
- Support treasury system enhancements, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
- Develop treasury reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics
- Partner with accounting and accounts payable teams to support working capital management
- Participate in treasury-related projects, including banking initiatives, acquisitions, and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- MBA, CFA, or CTP designation preferred
- 5+ years of treasury experience required
- Public accounting experience, including Big 4, is preferred
- Knowledge of debt structures, credit facilities, and capital markets
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal controls
- Experience working with treasury management systems and ERP platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate financial information effectively to various stakeholders
