Treasury Product Manager

Brief Overview of Position

This leadership position is part of a dynamic Treasury Management Product team focused on becoming the best Treasury Management provider in the State of Texas. The role involves building products, owning the customer experience, and defining go-to-market strategy for the Commercial Online Banking Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Reporting and Notifications product strategy, roadmap, and partner with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to execute vision.
• Partner with other Product Managers to support the commercial online banking capabilities in Treasury Solutions.
• Ensure stakeholders are aligned to vision and execution plans meet objectives; establish metrics to measure success.
• Provide proactive insights and market intelligence on key competitive offerings and regulatory changes.
• Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, defining metrics to measure desired customer experience and product profitability; use data to drive change and decision making.
• Lead day-to-day product activities including price setting, supporting client acquisition, and partnering with credit, risk, compliance and legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years Treasury Product Management experience.
• Experience with Treasury Solutions products including Information Reporting, Payments and Receivables across multiple channels (online, mobile, API).
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated track record executing product strategy and go-to-market activities.
• Experience managing vendors and FinTechs.
• Experience leading agile build teams.
