ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) solutions based on defined problem statements and business needsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize user flows and product featuresEnsure a balance between functional and visually appealing design while maintaining brand consistencyConduct user research and usability testing to improve product experienceCollaborate with developers, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementationTranslate user needs into intuitive, user-centered design solutionsContribute to design system and component library developmentImprove existing features through redesign and enhancement initiativesRequirementsBachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field1–3 years of experience in UI/UX DesignProficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similarStrong understanding of UX principles (usability, accessibility, information architecture, interaction design)Experienced in user research, wireframing, and prototypingGood understanding of design systems and component librariesPortfolio showcasing design process and implementation is requiredBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and mobile design guidelines is a plusWilling to work from office from Kuningan, South Jakarta (Monday–Friday)
