Northwell Health is expanding its urological health services and seeking a Urologic Hospitalist to join its practice in North Shore. This role offers the opportunity to work within a large, integrated health system, collaborating with experienced partners in all specialty areas of urology. Practice Info Part of Northwell Health's Arthur Smith Institute for Urology Practice has seen tremendous growth over the past five years within Long Island, New York City, and Westchester Physicians have vast experience in minimally invasive procedures to treat all urologic diseases True camaraderie within the group Weekly conferences to keep all updated on the latest treatments and technologies Access to the expertise of the largest health system in the New York Metropolitan area Compensation Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive salaries Physicians will be employed as members of Northwell Physician Partners Academic appointment to Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell is commensurate with credentials and experience Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Eligibility for tuition reimbursement Eligible employees will receive 100% employer-paid tuition expenses towards a master's degree from Hofstra University Those attending another university will receive $5,000 annually in reimbursement toward qualified tuition expenses Qualifier for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF) under federal student aid Requirements MD Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine Completion of Residency with Board Certification or eligibility Currently licensed as a physician in the State of New York Outstanding communication and management skills Ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and hospital management Must possess recent experience in generally accepted and currently used methods and techniques
