Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycleWork extensively on W2 requirements (primary focus)Manage hiring for C2C and 1099 rolesSource candidates via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platformsScreen, shortlist, and submit quality profiles within TATConduct initial HR/technical screeningsCoordinate interviews and ensure smooth follow-upsBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipelineNegotiate salaries/rates and close positions efficientlyMaintain ATS and candidate database regularly
Must-Have SkillsStrong experience in W2 hiring (mandatory)Good understanding of C2C & 1099 modelsHands-on experience with job portals & sourcing strategiesKnowledge of US work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.)Excellent communication & negotiation skillsAbility to work in a target-driven environment
PreferredExperience with direct clients or implementation partnersFamiliarity with ATS tools & recruitment metricsStrong networking & pipeline-building ability
