Job Description
ResponsibilitiesConduct user research, analyze findings, and identify pain points.Apply design heuristics and information architecture principles to improve accessibility and findability.Design high-fidelity, intuitive, and user-friendly products.Create interfaces for multiple platforms, including mobile, desktop, voice, and conversational experiences.Incorporate universal design techniques to ensure inclusivity.Test products to validate usability and usefulness.Develop designs for various use scenarios while maintaining consistency with the design system.Understand user journeys and translate concepts into user flows, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.Present design concepts and user flows to business and IT stakeholders for feedback and alignment.Take accountability for business and regulatory compliance risks and implement appropriate mitigation steps.Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, emerging technologies, and potential risks.Proactively highlight concerns and share best practices in risk management.Perform other related responsibilities as required.Skills/RequirementBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Interaction Design (IxD) or User Experience (UX) with a strong portfolio showcasing systematic, creative design thinking and deep understanding of UI/UX principles.Solid knowledge of information design, information architecture, and user psychology.Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, and digital art.Experience working in cross-functional teams and large-scale software development lifecycles (Agile and Waterfall).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High integrity, accountability, and a collaborative attitude.Proactive in improving processes and adaptable to change.
