Dayforce seeks a driven and innovative UX Researcher to conduct key user research initiatives supporting product development. You will collaborate with Design, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure solutions are user-centered throughout the entire design lifecycle. This role encompasses generative and evaluative research, usability testing, and the synthesis of insights into actionable product strategies.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute user research initiatives in Workforce Management and Payroll areas • Conduct generative and evaluative research, integrating industry insights • Design research studies, including plans, guides, and participant coordination • Translate findings into actionable product insights and strategies • Coach product designers on research methodologies and best practices

Requirements: • Strong experience in market research and user insights • Familiarity with design lifecycle and product development frameworks • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices • Ability to influence design based on research findings
