VC & Emerging Companies Associate Attorney

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an associate attorney to join the Emerging Companies/Venture Capital team within the Strategic Transactions practice group in New York City. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 6 years of substantial legal experience in emerging company and venture capital transactions. This role involves advising early-stage companies through IPOs, guiding venture capital funds in investment rounds, and managing corporate governance issues.
