Vice President - AI Technology Leader

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Technology Leader to drive AI initiatives at Intellect Design Arena. The role requires a strong technical background in AI along with hands-on engineering experience in Java-based systems. You will lead the design, development, and adoption of AI solutions across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy, design, and implementation across products
• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions
• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI into existing systems
• Stay hands-on and guide teams on development best practices
• Mentor team members and ensure high engineering standards
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions

Required Skills

• 18+ years of overall experience with 2–3 years in AI leadership roles
• Strong experience in AI/ML
• Solid hands-on experience in Core Java and Spring
• Experience in building and deploying AI-based applications
• Good understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• Ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions

Good to Have

• Experience in the Insurance domain
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern AI ecosystems
