Vice President, Brand and Marketing
Holder Properties
Job Description
Holder Properties is seeking an experienced senior leader to serve as the company’s steward of brand, marketing, and communications. This role is responsible for shaping and strengthening Holder’s narrative and reputation across internal and external audiences, leading strategic communications and storytelling, and directing brand and marketing support for priority projects and initiatives. This position touches every part of the business — from the associate onboarding experience to the launch of new properties — and requires a leader who can think strategically, operate cross-functionally, and execute with strong attention to detail.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate brings an uncommon combination of strategic leadership, exceptional creative judgment, and hands-on execution. This individual will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure Holder’s brand, voice, and materials consistently reflect our values, our standards, and the quality of our work.
This role requires excellent judgment, executive presence, and the ability to guide senior leaders with clarity and confidence. This leader will set direction while also rolling up their sleeves to execute, especially during key launches and high-priority initiatives.

- Experience managing budgets, scopes, and vendor relationships, with a disciplined approach to prioritization and resource allocation
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a cross-functional leader and trusted advisor, influencing without direct authority
- Digitally fluent and hands-on, with experience using modern creative and marketing platforms (e.g., Canva and/or Adobe suite, CMS platforms, email and social tools)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, high visibility, and high standards for execution
- Bachelor’s degree required
