Vice President Finance Greater Vancouver

Lead the finance strategy for a reputable company in Greater Vancouver as the VP Finance. Oversee a talented team and drive process improvements while collaborating closely with leadership.SWIM is seeking a VP Finance to report directly to Ownership and manage a team of approximately eight professionals. You will be responsible for accounting, finance, HR, and IT services, while focusing on cash flow management, budgeting, and strategic contributions.

• Manage day-to-day output of the accounting team
• Oversee cash flow management and budgeting activities
• Drive ad hoc and routine management reporting
• Foster process improvements and ongoing system optimization
• Collaborate with other corporate services and consultantsRequirements:
• CPA designation required
• 10 to 15 years of progressive finance experience
• Proven experience in finance leadership roles
• Background in mid-size companies with >$100M CAD revenue
